Fingers crossed she gets a good prognosis. Shit that she'll miss the rest of winter though. Do you get much snow where you are?

Its been crap this year. We live in East TN near Knoxville so we have a few resorts that are easily accessible (few hours) but we haven't had much snow this year. Our local resort (in our county, 45 minute drive or so) closes in a week or two though. The shittiest part is she had just gotten enough courage to go over the big kicker that she broke her jaw on last year. Yes, shes highly accident prone. Smh.

She is. :)

Well, news today is that she has two stress fractures and something called exercised induced.compartment syndrome. So after she's out of her boot she has to do some rehab stuff. I looked at a few of the exercisess and I think I'll do them as well as some prehab work.

Better or worse than you expected?

What's the kind of recovery from something like that?

(I know this is your training log and not hers but anyway haha)

The stress fracture is better I guess....this compartment syndrome stuff idk yet. Possible surgery in the future but they're going to try rehab stuff first....or she could stop boarding (yea, right lol)

Anyway game tonight! Vids as promised. :)

Lol! It'll be on a cellphone. :(

If I get anywhere near 45" I'll shit. 40-42" I'll guarantee off a run up. Low 30s standing as well.

go look up rip's old journal if you want to know why people are skeptical of "i jump over 40 but i don't have a camera/my camera ran out of batteries/i left it at home today next time i promise guys".

Dayyyyuuuuuum. Lol! I just read the last page, ouch.

Don't worry I wont go claim a 50" running jump or 'low 4 40'. Hopefully, maybe, one day but definitely not.anytime soon lol! I'd be hard pressed to run a mid 4 right now by my guess. I will, however, promise not to act like a childish asshat and go off on everyone and cop an attitude lol! I understand the doubt and auch so I'll make sure to get a vid. :) I mean.....I did post that pic my buddy shot on page 3....jk jk vids>pics I know. :D

Thanks for the headsup tho LBSS.
