Thanks guys. Its still kind of crazy, how many people have lost everything and how its affected the community. Hopefully we can get everything back together and on track soon.
As for the gym...lets see. Finally got a workout in Wed night (back/biceps) and slept some. Today played a 3v3 rec league (no subs lol) game. We played horrible in the first half, down 11 at half time. Re game planned...came back...won by 6 in OT. Not bad. Ate then headed to the gym for deadlifts

5x3 w/ 425lbs supersetted with box jumps.
Circuits x2: BSS (165lbs x8), seated calf raises, box jumps, core.
Ham curls, glute machine, box jumps and core.
Finished with 2x8 on some box squats, real low weight (185lbs) trying to really explode up.
Not a bad day!
Oh. BW at 180.5 lbs at the gym
