Had the gfs lil girl come down with a rash yesterday so spent the day at the er isntead of the gym lol! So...we start peaking today.

Energy: ehhh. 6/10
Squats....worked my way up to a 405 single. 5 back off singles at 365. Trying to keep my limit strength close to max.
Banded jump squats: 135lbs + bands(120lbs) 4x5; 185lbs +bands x5.
Supra max quarter squats (for speed): 405lbs +bands- 3x5. Probably a littleto easy but didnt want to jump straight to 455 or 495 + bands. Flying up on reversal.
Some core work: weighted decline and regular situps, russian twists with med ball, weighted leg raises, some oblique work, couple planks.
Had to cut it off early for some stuff. Will go back later for heavy calf raises and stepups along with some shooting and more core work.
Laterrrrr: did some step ups...heavy calf raises. 3x8 and 3x12. Hooped...1 4v4 half court...1 5v5 full. 4v4 I couldnt be guarded...forst step was explosive quick. Sweet. Second game (5v5) they decided to just keep fouling the fuck out of me...real bitch shit. Wasnt happy. Tried to tear the rim off over a guy...missed. Bah.
Tossed a few lobs after to ease my anger lol! Getting up on minimal effort. One ME...easy tomahawk off the glass coming right to left. Happy now.
