PC leg day today....

183lbs BW.

Extensive warmup=knee felt very nice.

Deadlift:
135 x5, 225 x3, 315 x1, 365 x1, 425 x1 (failed first try, felt it in my knee a tad on second try but got it)

365: x3, x3. Almost easy.
315: x8, x8. Did alright. Heart rate up lol

2 circuits of ham curls, glute machine extension and seated calf raises. Not real heavy.

Felt good soooo light weigh power cleans:
135lbs: x5, x5. Bar speed was flying. Quite happy with how it felt.

Finished with light core work. Still easy back in.

Squat day errr night!

BW 185lbs.
Soreness: Knee felt damn near pain free. Id say 95% of the workout felt great from strictly a knee soreness/pain standpoint.

Extensive warmup

Squat:
135 x5, 225 x3, 315 x1, 365 x1, 385 x1. Top single was a little shaky knee wise but im close to were I was limit strength wise.

335lbs: x3, x2.
225lbs: x10, x10.  This is were Im lacking, I cant rep weight for shit right now lol! No enduranceor whatever you want to call it.

Did 2 circuits of SL leg press, SL extensions, calf raise and some box jumps at the end. Jumps felt very nice compared to last week.

Finished with some half ass core work.

I figure next week I'll start back in a full work out and try to get back to 405/365x3/315x10 levels then go for some reactive work.

Played pickup Wednesday. Went alright. No pains or issues just some soreness from actually cutting/moving/jumping. Wasnt expecting much of myself and I was a little rusty but did ok. Realized I forgot I lost some bounce when I went after a putback and got rim stuffed :)

BW: 182lbs tonight. Felt pretty good.

extensive warmup
Deadlifts:
135x5, 225 x3, 315 x1, 385 x1,  435 x1. Interesting! Wasnt as much of a struggle as last week even with more weight. Cool.

385lbs: x3, x3.
315lbs: x8, x8. Could have prolly got 3x10 but...slow.

2 circuits of medium weight ham curl, glute extension and calf raise. Very light core work. Box jumps were extremely explosive at the end. Best since pre injury for sure.

Went and jumped after a light chest/tri circuit today. It wasnt pretty.

Current analysis: while my 1RMs seem to be close and my strength endurance is meh....my mechanics/footwork and general explosive nature is all sorts of FUBAR'd. Shot some brief video and noticed these things:

●SVJ and 1 step jumps arent far off from where they were. Easy near wrist at rim SVJ so thats 34-36ish and weak dunks off one step.

●my RVJ is TRASH, because:
-steps are very choppy. only getting a 2 step lead in basically
-plant step is short by a mile. no real gather.
-very slow transition from plant to toe off.
         -collapsing slightly in the plant.

So....gotta get some reps in and regrease the groove as Im basically trying to over power jumps instead of being fluid like I normally am.

Sad vid forthcoming...
