Do explain? I realize its not the greatest video but seeing as I didn't even know he recorded it until he sent me the vid in a text message I figured it was better than nothing. Also considering this isn't the first video I've tossed up I'm slightly confused as to how you can compare me to someone who never (to my knowledge/understanding) posted any proof to his claims. So, Raptor, which should I do: not post up any video and just say it happened or post up what I was given regardless of clarity/quality?

This reminds me of the Rip "my camera batteries ran out" thing.

 :gtfo:

obviously not even comparable. the vid is grainy but it exists, and it's not like chrism doesn't have like 10 other vids of himself dunking in this thread.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

Lol! I only have my cell. Too many bills and such for a nice HD cam right now. Could I if I sacrificed toys and such for my kids? Yea, but they are far more important than something for me. Sad part is that that vid was shot in an iPhone, but his pic/vid messages can only he whatever megabytes and HD goes over his limit. Next time I'll tell him to use my phone so its a direct upload.

I was about to say stuff like if I can have a camera having a house net income of ~400$/month, then... but I won't. Whatever, do what you have to do.

Lol! Its cool Raptor. I know I don't have a lot of money currently. 1k/month house, car payments, two kids, school tuition for the fiancé, plenty of medical bills because she has ITP, etc etc. We'll be much better off once she finishes school. Until then I'm not really worried. If I get a nice promotion or something I may go get one but I'd rather give my kids everything my parents gave me and more.

Yea. Its dumb. It'd be cheaper but renting is expensive and housing around here is expensive anyways. It has its perks though.  Gated community with great amenities, good area with great schools and its near the fiancĂ©s family. So it works for now even if its ridiculous for a 3bed/2.5bath place. Oh well, where I sleep and my family lives is a priority so it is what it is.

Your lucky tho Raptor, land around here is 10k/acre and up, we've been looking lol

Sat June 14 2013

Bodyweight was low. 176 morning weigh in, 179 pre workout. This always happens in season though so not really worried. Hope its mostly fat loss lol
No soreness/injuries from games this week.
Energy was ok, really want to just go jump though.

Dynamic warmup

Depth Jumps x2

Box Jumps x2

Deadlifts 225x3 275x3, 315x1 335x1 315x2, 275x2 225x3

Banded Squats 225x3 295x3, 315x1 365x1, 225x5. The 365 banded squat is a  :personal-record: woooohooo!!!! Man did it get heavy at the top.

Ham Curls 160x3 100x5

jump squats 60lbs x5 BW x5

calf raises 590lbs x5 x5.

Very light upper/core circuit.  Ok workout although my shins started bugging a little.  Iced them and they feel better this morning but its something I'm going to watch during season. I'd like to keep the volume around this level if it doesnt affect recovery for games.

Well, we were supposed to have our third game today...instead the other team never showed and we won by forfeit. I'd rather lose playing. Since a few of us were mostly warmed up we went to another court and waited around to play some half court 4 0n 4. Finally got in after 2 games of waiting and I hit 2 threes and a pullup jumper so I was feeling pretty good so when they switched a bigger guy on me on a screen I went for it. Crossed him pretty good and got an easy step on him when I noticed NO ONE rotated to play help side D!!!! The lane was wide open so I'm sure my eyes got huge! I took one hard dribble and went up, I was going to smash a two hander or tear the rim off trying...so I'm going up and I realize I'm really high (well, it FELT really high, my teammates also said I was pretty up there), I pull the ball back over my head annnnnnndddd.....

The fat fuck I went by literally shoves me in mid air. In a fucking pickup game.  Seriously who the fuck does this shit in a fucking meaningless pickup game?!?!?!? I stood around and shot some jumpers for the remainder of the game (short games to 21 by 1s and 2s) and didn't play another game. Screw getting potentially hurt in a pickup game. I went up to the weight room and lifted a little, just did some very light weight calf raises, core stuff and tried a couple front squats. Did 135x3, 185x2 and 225 once. Felt very weird but nice change of pace to the back squat.

Anyway, be careful out there. I hope the guys you hoop with aren't asshats.

What to expect from a low than 1 IQ point guy?

I swear the vast majority of people are SO stupid nowadays, like really below 100 of IQ points and really autistic. It's the main reason I'm not really a social guy... when I hear stupidity and autism around me I just feel like puking and just get in a mini-depression where I just don't want any contact with people.

Over the internet it's easier since it's not direct contact but otherwise, for me... I just hate people. I'd rather be with animals.

I'll update how tonight's game went in the morning. Short story, we lost 110-109 and I'm not too happy about it. At all.

Alright, game recap from last night...was a hell of a game, biggest lead on either side was 7 by us early in the 2nd half. I sat down with 5mins to go to catch a breather (I was guarding a 6'2" D2 point guard, signed at Delta State next year) and us up 4. They tied it up and I came back in with 1:30ish left. We go back and forth and I drill a step back 3 to go up 109-106. Devin (the d2 kid) comes right back and hits a ridiculous 12 foot bank shot. 109-108. We call time, side out play, I get a switch on a screen and have a huge mismatch off the bounce but our post throws it opposite side because they hard trapped him. Either way we stepped out of bounds on the baseline. They call time, we know were the ball is going, agree to foul before the shot (no foul shouts). Plan works, we hit Devin at the ft line on a drive with 1.2 seconds left. ....except they gave him continuation like its the NBA!! Ball goes through with .5 left but no one stopped the clock. Ball game.

We argued with the officials for minutes and they finally told us we couldn't get a shot off in a half second. I screamed BS and offered to have one of the opposing team throw me a pass to prove it and put .5 on tue clock. Granted no one was guarding me but the guy threw it at my knees, I caught it and swished a 25 footer off a invisible screen (just like a game situation)...ball clearly left my hand before the horn, everyone agreed. They wouldnt let us replay it though. Smh. I know we could have gotten a shot at a tip in.

Either way my release on my jumper is under .5 seconds lmao!

Oh and I held my own against Devin which felt good. I ended with 41 unofficially and he had 53 iirc. Not bad but that kid is damn good so I'll take it being old and slow lol!
