Deadlift: 275x3, 295x5
Rdl: 225x8, 185x10, 135x10
Lat pull-down: 3x10 for 2 different grips
Biceps
Had to rush it, get to the dmv then get to work early so I got in what I could. Still waiting to see if I'm forced over tonight or early tomorrow but the plan is legs.
