sorry for the spoiler man !!! :<

ill be more careful next time.. i think gonzalez was just very hungry and he's still pretty sharp.. he timed mares perfectly.. mares was probably a bit too confident.

don't worry about it, it's my fault for leaving too late to watch it. I also think abner mares probably understimated him because of his 8 losses especially to daniel ponce de leon and took him lightly as i didn't see the same person as the one who fought ponce de leon as there was something on the line.

great fight nevertheless.

nice job with the workout.
keep it up. :highfive:

Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

 :ibsquatting:

ok so.. the good news is, today im like, ok im going to re-write the forum.. in nodejs

so first, i just search.. and i found this ridiculous nodejs forum.

i'm doing test migrations etc.. hopefully in the next few days we can play with some TEST migrated forum variation of it.. I won't just spring it on everyone obviously. It's so much fun though, every page is live updating, so fast, really nice clean simple responsive ui.. ;)

also i guess more good news for me is.. once we migrate over to this.. i'll have finally have some motivation to start lifting 'seriously' again.

with so much of my efforts dedicated to nerding out, it wouldn't be right not to use the 'new forum' to it's fullest capabilities.. ;f

only issues with new forum:

1. need better bbcode/post form
2. need to maintain all of the "OLD URLS" with "rewrites".. they wont actually be rewrites, but they'd be express/redis translations of the old urls to maintain those.. everything moving forward would be the new structure.
3. add in the upvote/downvote stuff

todos with forum:

- my built in evernote/notetree stuff
- possible 'blog/page' features for people who want to do some of that
- some of the training log enhancements
- better galleries/features for the random images/hot chix threads.. just a barrage of dimes in your face.

since this will all be in javascript (node.js), i can finally feel good adding some real code to the forum..

ok so it's basically 1 to 2 weeks worth of migrations before we possibly switch over.. it's not definite either.. but ya it's going to be alot of 'work' on the migration side of things.. it's fun tho so whatever.

pC!

oh no another 3 hour sleep night.

Damn... sounds nasty

ya.. this is the best forum software ive ever seen.. it's no mistake that it just so happens to be a nodejs app.. ill show you guys soon.

i've migrated all of the data in, however, some of it is out of order etc.. need to fix that on next migration.

it's performing very fast, even when migrating data.. it has some nice themes etc, and some pretty cool plugins so far.

so far it doesn't parse html so, all of our posts look jacked up with html in them.. just need to get it to .html() that stuff and filter/escape it on the way in.

got lots more to do.

wanted to lift today, but monsooning 24/7 so forget it.

ok so ya, i'm working on the migration.. there's lots to get done before i migrate the forum over.. so i'll probably try to contribute to the actual nodebb code..

I'm dying to get this thing solid & add the modifications we need... it's going to be so much fun :D
