Well it's good to know so I can prevent that from happening to me.
Current PR status:

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps

Watched some old adarq vids, brings back memories man.

Damn it was a real community back then. I rember when I first got my palm above the rim, adarq u were the like the happiest person, besides myself that is.

well, weird night

1. i achieved some really cool embedded os 'takeover'... very fun..

2. i get up to get ready for bed, bottoms of both feet start cramping, excrutiating pain, can't even walk when it triggers.. i have to sit down or prop mself up on something

no exercise to report.

new face shaver (yes i use an electric face shaver, this thing is uberfast & baby's butt's your face), new laptop, new job (as of today, huge opportunity), life is going good.

my non-stop aggression principle is paying off... I feel like i'm working on vert, when in reality it's programming, unix, networking, etc.
