Hi

I don't know i hurt it, once i did squats no pain whatsoever but after a while testing my back by doing stupid things stretching backwards after my lower back was painfull.

It doesn't seem seriously bad, but it is quite painful, in letting it rest so haven't been to gym for this week or to track. putting heat rub on it.
if it doesn't seem to heal by the end of march i will be back home and am planning to see my doctor for my allergy i can also add in my back for a check up with it.

thanks
pc

I don't know what happened but i have sprained my lower back and when i bend back the lower back lower part and mid part quite sore and its looks like the pain is not muscular but on the bone. do you recommend any thing i should do to heal it.

thanks

sheeit.. dno ;/

how'd you hurt it?

rest + get it checked if it seems bad.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

so you hurt it more while stretching? sucks, ive done that numerous times... got to be very careful with that.

try also some ~10 minute icing bouts, as well as maybe some massage.. avoid rounding your back to stretch etc.. if you want to stretch, stretch your hamstrings/hip flexors in isolation.. dont round your bck, keep it neutral.

ya.. hope it gets better by then, don't piss it off with stretching.

gonna start github'n some stufff...

this is a pretty weird code, somewhat unfinished but got tired of coding it. I wrote it for me (the live caps) and for some other people (the manual option).. mixing them both is sort of a clusterfuck.

https://github.com/adarqui/iptrafdjs

live demos in the README.md

so i think i've settled on what i'm going to do for 2013.. no 'big projects'.. instead, tons of small projects, each one coded differently and pretty much from the ground up.. for example, my next project will be a cpu/process monitoring code using nodejs/iui for mobile frontend etc...

another code may use jquery mobile.. another may use sencha touch/extjs etc..

just going to do tons of small projects.

the cpu monitoring code should be pretty nice, going to keep it pretty simple and make it agent based..

shit.... that sucks man

my advice would be lots of ICE + terminal knee extensions. that's helped me every time.

peace man
