calfs so trashed.. gonna plan to dunk on fri.
workout:
- throughout the day, pmghr + pushup + calf raise + pullup, 3 of those mini sessions
- late night workout: tons of short sprint starts from 2 point, 5-10 yards, a few 20's, a 100 or so
- calfs/hams were so dead could barely run the 100
- mini pullups (25), dips (10), iso squat (3min ,3min, 2min) <- QUADS TOAST
i found some old footage right before i stopped training.. some sick dunks/dunk misses.. i guess some of this was supposed to be for some big mixes, and then iforgot i even had it.. so im planning out on putting an old dunk mix out with some unseen footage, i got a few fucking insane dunks in there no joke.
