glad to see you got a job you actually enjoy (although I wish you still were an athletic coach), goodluck I hope it all works out. It's good to see you actually doing something that somewhat resembles training (running), I definitely hope you keep that up; no reason to let your health go to the wayside. Honestly though, since you're done with jumping and all, I'd love to see what you'd look like jacked ~180/10%.

Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

Hey adarqui I remember you used to have turf toe as well. How did you get rid of it and what's the fastest way to get it healed?

had to rest it for a few weeks.. so it obviously wasn't TOO bad, for it to heel that quick.. man turf toe sucks.. rest + ice it.. but if it's real bad see a physio ;/

a 'startup' in terms of their software department.. they already do tons of legit graphics/videos/brochures/magazines etc.. ill show u once i get my stuff completed.

;f

lots of web dev.. man web dev is insane. everything needs to conform to webkit immediately so i can stop stressing.

happy birthday bro!@!

happy birthday darqui! :)
"Performance during stretch-shortening cycle exercise is influenced by the visco-elastic properties of the muscle-tendon units. During stretching of an activated muscle, mechanical energy is absorbed in the tendon structures (tendon and aponeurosis) and this energy can subsequently be re-utilized if shortening of the muscle immediately follows the stretching. According to Biscotti (2000), 72% of the elastic energy restitution action comes from tendons, 28% - from contractile elements of muscles.
