man lack of calories really kills the brain.. initially it's fine but after you hit, ketosis perhaps, your brain just wants to sleep.. at least mine does.

Wellll.... my 'dream' of obtaining ATT's "Natural Voices" software for my internet2audio project has been crushed!! nooooOOOoooOO. The company that distributes the software told me they couldn't give me a free copy.. This project will eventually help alot of people, especially those with visual impairments.

the only odd thing I find is when say.. they reply to me and mention they can't give me software 'for free' because everyone pays.. i mean it's understandable, but, when you're putting a reference to the company in each video/audio file.. i think that pays for itslef easily.

i put up an example @ http://adarq.org/code/inet2audio

i guess ill need to figure hout how to sharpen the voices myself... Natural voices would have been dope though.

c# is fun..

I agree with you there, i like the C style programming.
 :headbang:
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Strength comes from the legs, Power comes from the torso and Speed comes from the arm. Al Vermeil
Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

ya, that is definitely a plus.

man c# has an enormous 'gui' library.. i learned the actual language pretty quick, a few days, but the API is overwhelming.

now if only i can figure out how to bridge my openvz VPS properly.. i think wlan0 is the problem.. if it was a generic ethernet interface (ethX), it would probably work.. dno wtf is going on.

been running again, 4miles per day (2up/park/2back).. weakstuff, legs = crazyweak.

might get back into running (for real) eventually. now that i have a 'tech job', i can justify training again, somewhat.

Hey good job man. I went to play ball on a random court a few days ago and there were people asking me "hey, how is adarqui doing". I was like "where the heck do these people know about adarqui?" haha
