Anyways, wat are u doin these days? Wats keeping u busy?

im such a dickhead, been meaning to reply to this for a week now.

sup cowed.. not much, just working a lame dead end manual labor job, studying my computer stuff (for future jobs), hanging out relaxing, dog parking, eating trail mix, watching movies, listening to classical music, getting angry at world politics/events.

chased a duck with gizmo while it was flying, we actually caught it.. beastmode.. duck was kinda fat and was flying ~3 ft off the ground but we ran like 100 yards until it gave up and then he tackled it.. then i let the duck go.

Just found you in http://artoftrolling.memebase.com , i guess you're into coneing now!

 :P
Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

hahaha your dog is awesome I want to chase it.

At 49 sec gizmo jumps OVER the other dog. That's more like jedi status imo.
"Performance during stretch-shortening cycle exercise is influenced by the visco-elastic properties of the muscle-tendon units. During stretching of an activated muscle, mechanical energy is absorbed in the tendon structures (tendon and aponeurosis) and this energy can subsequently be re-utilized if shortening of the muscle immediately follows the stretching. According to Biscotti (2000), 72% of the elastic energy restitution action comes from tendons, 28% - from contractile elements of muscles.
