thanks flip/mmk, happy new year to you guys too, kill it in 2012.

my legs feel pretty good lately, really good actually.. only exercise i've been getting is from work (which is decent intensity, manual labor stuff) and running with my dog.. the sprints with my dog are really making them feel good, plus it's alot of fun.. lmao we sprint after ducks or just for the hell of it.. i don't run after him anymore when he's not on the leesh, i tried it 2 days ago and it took me 20 minutes to catch him, was really scary, he's just too damn fast and in insane condition.. i let him off the leesh in this huge field, after he was in the dog park for ~1 hour in the hot sun.. he was panting all crazy so i thought he'd be easy to catch........... i was very wrong, he was flying.. hah

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

You guys don't understand. That phase of life is over for ADARQ.
"Performance during stretch-shortening cycle exercise is influenced by the visco-elastic properties of the muscle-tendon units. During stretching of an activated muscle, mechanical energy is absorbed in the tendon structures (tendon and aponeurosis) and this energy can subsequently be re-utilized if shortening of the muscle immediately follows the stretching. According to Biscotti (2000), 72% of the elastic energy restitution action comes from tendons, 28% - from contractile elements of muscles.
