bw = 146
diet = 4 tspn coffee + hamburger burrito, dunking, pb, worked up to 275 x 8 & 355 x 1 half pin squat + NGP=10, dog, 5 egg burrito, bw-exercises{4 sets of pmghr/pushups/glute bridges}
last set of pmghr was nice, 8 good partials.
rendering a really cool dunk vid i love how it came out.. adarqtv level but still, editing is pretty sick im enjoying playing with these new ideas.
