Man, you look like you're really getting up in the first and second pics. Any guess as to how high up you were getting?

- flying
- ~10 out of 20 dunks (3 not filmed by accident)
- single leg bounds: flying
- double leg bounds: FLYING.

When you say double leg bounds do you mean bounding on two legs, or alternating LRLR?

- extremely sore

- right mid-back to lower back caught a "spasm" i think..

- right hip flexor, right quad, right glute, right piriformis, right erector spinae is wrecked...... something freaked out im sore as hell everywhere on the right side of my body.. had to have been the single leg bounds (fastest ive ever done them on either leg)

- general soreness on hamstrings/quads/glutes on left side also

i feel wrecked..

ill probably do my big shock workout on friday, not tomorrow.. i think i need another day's rest.. tomorrow ill do light bball dribbling though.

feeling much better than yesterday.. quads/hip flexor still tight though.

6-18-2009

- light bball dribbling
- 3 light dribble up dunks, getting up good
- very weird, during this time my left heel/achilles insertion was "burning" a bit... but it seemed to be only when my shoe was on.. perhaps there is a bruise on there somewhere that was being aggrivated.. didnt bug me all day.. didnt bug me with light jumps etc with no shoes either.

lots of stretching after... quads/glutes/hip flexor tight.

sh0ck tmw.

- running verts in track shoes.. felt real high.. video had me at like 33 or so.. i think the rim was a bit higher than 9', that makes no sense

- 5 40's

- double leg bounds (mostly for height) : 1x~15 or something

- depth drop: ~50 " wall : 3x5, felt real good

- VJ to SS ADA: 3x5 each leg, very good on these..

- VJ to DEEP SQUAT ADA: 1x10

- tuck jumps in place: 1x20, 1x50

i have some vid, dno if im going to upload.. i probably will tomorrow.

- sore in glutes/hamstrings still

- ~15 dribble up dunk attempts total.. tried throwing them down hard for camera.. all rimmed out.
- ^^^ got about 32" off the dribble on my best ones.. thats so pathetic..

- played 2 games of one on one with khalil, who happened to be at the court.. it was way too hot & humid.. we were both dead after game 2.

i shouldn't have played those games of 1 on 1.. i feel like im ready to pass out & sleep.. eyes are tired.. as soon as i stepped on the court i was sweating bad.. during the games it looked like i fell in the pool.. just so much humidity.

hope it doesnt set me back for tomorrow night.. i planned on landing some big self lob dunks.

i keep worrying that im losing all of my power.. because im not lifting anymore.. its probably effecting me mentally more than anything.. i cant not think about it.. im trying not too but it keeps popping into my head.

peace

Yeah that was kind of a pointless comment for the guy to make.  It seemed like he thought the other guy was right and you were wrong because of the amount of weight he lifted rather than because of what was actually being discussed.

ya i don't like that guy...

i commented on a few of his videos on his youtube ;d

when it comes to athletics, why am i supposed to listen to a powerlifter? could someone please remind me? even if he squats 800 lb. more than me?

lol..

there's 18 year old powerlifters deadlifting 800 lb. on youtube... im supposed to listen to them now too?

i should start jumping in a triple ply bench shirt and knee wraps.

peace man

Exactly. + Squat suit. Don't forget keep your shins perpendicular.

In the future, all athletes like this:
