soreness = adductors/hamstrings slightly
aches/injuries = nothing, AFTER-DUNKING: legs feel so wrecked, veru restless feeling, lack of blood flow feeling
diet = cold shower, 4 eggs + egg whites + jalapeno + protein/water-drink+4tspn-coffee, DUNKING + gatorade, protein/water-drink, run with dog, lots of PB, 6 eggs + egg whites + 3 bread + olive oil, more PB, some stretching, leg drain, cold shower
got up real nice today, uploading a vid to adarqui youtube.. legs are so toast after that dunk session.. id like to do some more dunking tomorrow, so i can squat at night, then rest all of monday.. i like the 2 days on 1 day off rotation, with day1=jump+squat,day2=jump,day3=rest,day4=repeat
making a rap video soon, should be funny.
