table salt is just sodium chloride mixed with a very small amount of iodized salt and sometimes iron and/or fluoride. the latter two are rarer and depend on where you live.

the proliferation of iodized table salt is one of the most efficient and effective public health interventions available to developing countries, and in the west and many other places around the world has led to the near-elimination of goiter and a reduction in one of the leading preventable causes of mental retardation -- i.e. iodine deficiency.

everything in moderation.

good point

plus you get to avoid paying twelve time as much for some idiotic, breathlessly overhyped bullshit like oh, i don't know, himalayan crystal salt. iodized table salt = so much win.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

bw = 150 <------------------------ WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
soreness = none
aches/injuries = none today
diet = cold shower, protein/water + crystal light, DUNKING + water, cold shower, philly cheesesteaks + fries + vanilla ice cream/butterfinger shake, a few cookies, workout#2{free-half-squat=225x20, 225x10, toast so called it, CR=50+50+50}, cold shower, 5 eggs + jalapeno + 3 bread + olive oil + peanutbutter, 30 minute leg drain

felt REALLY good today... had to go dunk, landed some nice ones, uploading a vid to adarqTV before i sleep (dunks from today).. seems like im getting back on track..

im going to rest completely tomorrow.. got to make that PART OF MY TRAINING, to help heal my damn body up.. my right knee felt good today/yesterday and it's no coincidence that i jumped good.. when im not "depressed" about my knee, well then my body isn't depressed either and i jump normal.. got to keep up cold showers + leg drain.. that salt is helping alot too.

jalapenos have TONS more vitamin-C than oranges, good stuff..

next time i do my high rep squat set workout, im just doing one top set and going all out.. next time ill shoot for 25-30 reps with 225.. legs were toast after that.. less frequent lifting definitely has me feeling weaker under the bar even though the first set of 20 was pretty clean, 15 straight then 3+2.
