aches/injuries = right knee, left pinky toe
diet = protein/water + 2*ramen, 4 eggs + egg whites + 2 bread + ramen, dog park, gatorade + protein/water, basketball stuff, tons of PB, workout#2{half-squat=225@8x12 SS NGP=11x5}, protein/water, cold shower, 4 eggs + honey + 3 ibuprofen
basketball stuff was weird tonight.. warmup jumps felt good then started sweating crazy amount, then jumps turned to sh*t, could barely jump.. whoop.
glad about 8x12 with 225 though.. i'd like to get that to 8x20 before july is over, that would be pretty awesome...
maybe ill go up to 245 or so once i can get 8x20 with 225... im basically acting as if i only have 225 lb of weight right now, to keep me in rest mode.
