what are the name of those elite nike socks u got? they basketball specific?

hahaha, anyways, the missus's sis went on her grad trip around the US, got her to buy me some of those nike socks, i told her i wanted long ones, unfortunately they only come up to mid calf.  :(

heh... the sports stores here cater predominantly to soccer and running. basketball is 2nd tier here, we dont get all the releases.

well im not really that cut.. i mean right now im back up to like 10% bodyfat it seems.. i pack on body fat crazy quick.. sucks.. id rather be shredded but hey im not dedicated enough to low carb HEH.... i eat moderate carb/fat + high protein.. lots of eggs etc.

will reply to the above comments in a bit, watching MMA... but ya carbs are absolutely necessary for achieving highest levels of sports performance, they just are a problem when cutting fat.

mine only go up mid calf too, but, i wear high socks underneath, so, i can stretch them out and they'll stay up higher than mid calve.. if i didnt wear high socks underneath they'd go back down.

im not sure man, i forget vag's cam but maybe that one would be good, it's not crazy expensive.. all i know are the higher end cams, my zx3 (cheaper one, edit: same as yours) takes crappy footage.. i dont really ever want to use it hah.

from yesterday, this workout #2 in here was really crazy, had my glutes jirating/shaking bigtime.. 4x100 on hypers, getting strong as hell again.. SLCR (single leg calve raises) and SLSQ (single leg squat) are feeling much stronger too.. tomorrow's dunking should be good.

275 @ 5x10 today hopefully.
