from yesterday, this workout #2 in here was really crazy, had my glutes jirating/shaking bigtime.. 4x100 on hypers, getting strong as hell again.. SLCR (single leg calve raises) and SLSQ (single leg squat) are feeling much stronger too.. tomorrow's dunking should be good.
275 @ 5x10 today hopefully.
