Well i was really gaining nicely squatting but i had to do other lifts because i got a tattoo right where the bar rests. Its amazing how much easier it is to stack weight on eating higher carbs.

Darq have you measured your height since training just wondering cuz i get measured 5'9.5 and i used to consistenly get 5'10.5

? i dno i measured it in shoes like 6+ months ago... 6'1 in shoes, measured reach (single arm) like ~3 months ago, 95.. havnt really shrunk or anything.. at one point, when i hadn't been lifting, i did get a taller measurement, i was like 6'2, that was 12+ months ago, when i hadn't lifted for 8+ months.. perhaps the heavy squatting every day has caused me to shrink an inch, no idea though, cold have just been a bad measurement.

thanks man, and ya, seems like it.. i mean, legs felt crazy bouncy day after the first session.. i bet ill fly today.. if you look at my depth JUMP graphs etc in the instant rfd part 1 article, i talk about using high volume dJ's to get that stim, but high volume dj's should work similar.. im liking them better since it's just the eccentric/iso... but ya my legs feel crazy right now, 70 in a row is a pretty significant stimulus.

what's the difference between the long jump drop and the normal step-off drop?

 :ibjumping:

whoop.. i always jump better at night, but for one really important reason: it's not as damn hot.. 94+ degrees earlier today when i dunked, with crazy wind..... like 85 or so tonight with absolutely no wind...

man i landed some really hard dunks, curious to see the stills.

oh ya, i like how there's alot of people around too, give me something to take my mind off dunking temporarily and just relax a bit more, so i can focus better for each dunk.
