Well i was really gaining nicely squatting but i had to do other lifts because i got a tattoo right where the bar rests. Its amazing how much easier it is to stack weight on eating higher carbs.

Darq have you measured your height since training just wondering cuz i get measured 5'9.5 and i used to consistenly get 5'10.5
? i dno i measured it in shoes like 6+ months ago... 6'1 in shoes, measured reach (single arm) like ~3 months ago, 95.. havnt really shrunk or anything.. at one point, when i hadn't been lifting, i did get a taller measurement, i was like 6'2, that was 12+ months ago, when i hadn't lifted for 8+ months.. perhaps the heavy squatting every day has caused me to shrink an inch, no idea though, cold have just been a bad measurement.

oooo 4 packs of raw ramen, in heaven..
legs feel pretty good after the 5x10 squat + 70 depth drops in a row... tomorrow should be interesting!
