uhm, think i just jumped really high.. havn't jumped in like 4 days or so.. and even then, prior, could barely jump off two... just felt some insane float today, i think im back... those long walks + cardio + high volume squatting + hypers/sissy squats + crazy high volume depth drops has been doing its jump, oh and a deload from jumping helped clear my head a bit.... legs felt crazy bouncy today after all those depth drops last night, good stuff.. bout to take some footage off, would be funny if i didnt get up too good but to be honest i felt really high..

ok i really havnt jumped great since like 3 weeks ago, on that PR indoor session.. finally some nice jumps though.. a few man i felt some crazy float, as is evident by the pics.. funny thing is, i could barely nick the rim on my single leg layups prior to dunking, didn't think i'd be jumping too good off two, but then i did my warmup double leg dribble up dunks and they felt real good so there we go..

also, free sissy squat pics are boss..

this court is real close to me but i rarely dunk there koz i broke my finger on that rim doing a 360 attempt way back.. crazy hard rims.. but when you get up real high its much less dangerous for when u throw it down.

Some of those jumps look 40+ by how high your arm is over the rim, is that 10'?
Current PR status:

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps

Nice jumps... Motivating

Im 180 (+20) actually, i lied. My reactions shit but ive maintained with my lifts so i think ill let my weight go and try to get 150 like i wanted to before later. Im eating my ass off so if i get to cardio and dieting i think itll be easy.

ya it's 10', that's a 10 i measured long ago, rim is same though.. there's only one 9'11 rim on that court now and it's always this one hoop for some reason, rim gets bent down an inch.. but ya that's 10

next dunk session is friday.. tonight = bw stuff (tons of hypers/sl calve raise/sissy squats), tomorrow = ~5+x10 squat with 235 or 245 + shitloads of depth drops... then friday should be flying hopefully.. i wanna goto a new court, this school ive always wanted to dunk at.. got some spark back in me finally.. hah.. those stills/jumps were motivating.

Good shit getting the drive and jump back.  I am really curious about what a typical cardio session for you looks like? I am still so caught up on cardio fatiguing my legs and converting to slow twitch. Especially guys like us since we are naturally good at endurance. Wouldnt it be better to avoid endurnace training at all costs? You said before about training with high frequency because otherwise your body wants to go back to enduraace, so it seems that including endurance would be sending mixed signals. Forgive me if you addressed this before, I am getting old (29 like you hahah) We are young bosses

wil answer tmw, but, generally, cardio is LONG WALK + interval sprints.. so it's not like it's slow jogging etc.. it's not really "impact cardio", so it's much less detrimental as a stimulus.
