Killer house @ 0:45.

Killer beard @ 2:43. Just like the good Lord intended.

You should feel blessed having so many nice places to dunk at.

If I was into dunkin'/or into basketball as much as you, living in the US, that house you dunkin' in front of, would sure be enough inspiration for me to try out for a D1/D2 team & train my butt off & try to achieve as much as I possibly could & get as high up the basketball ladder as I possibly could.

Doesn't it give you inspiration, or you not really bothered?. I sure respect your dedication.

ya man, im anti religious but i am very fortunate to have all of these great courts nearby.. south florida is packed with basketball courts, it really is insane.. i imagine cali/ny are like that also.

well i already graduated from college, i have no eligibility for sports.. i tried getting on BCC/FAU college teams, didn't happen.

other than that, basketball doesn't excite me at all anymore.

go for it, short bouts of high frequency (short concentrated blocks) can definitely increase 1RM.. see how it effects you.

ok who knows how high but very high obviously.. most awesome part about this peak pic, is that i have a ~6'-6'1 guy standing next to me to check how high my feet are on his hips.. worked out perfect.

dunked in between full court game, that shit really gets me jumping high for many reasons:
- warmup better
- more rest between dunks
- more people around to hype me up
- other people dunking in between games

etc

my peak jumps came once the final game was done, and i was allowed to really do my thing.. side angles are mostly 'warmups'

lob 360 attempts:

final dunk, legs toast:

this kid could fly, he only did one dunk for the cam, missed it, prolly like 6'3 - maybe 6'4 dno, but very nice hops.. saw him dunking nasty before i brought cam out:

some other  dude:

bw = 153
soreness = calves
aches/injuries = none, DURING SQUATTING: left lower back old injury, AFTER CALVE RAISES: freaking left big toe acting up painful god dammit
fatigue = lowdiet = protein/water-drink + 2tspn coffee + gatorade, 1 double espresso shot starbucks, dunking + protein/gatorade-drink, 2*protein/water-drink + gatorade, double chicken burrito + chips/guacamole, session{pin-7-squatting: 315x10 speed, 335 x 5, 225x5 speed, 275x5 speed, 225x5 speed, 275x5 speed, 225x5 speed, ... neutral grip pullups: 4 x 8, 2 x 5} + bw-exercises{FH=50,CR=70,FH=50,CR=90,FH=60,CR=90,FH=60,CR=80,FH=50,CR=80} , 2*protein/water-drink + 3 bananas + gatorade + 2 pieces of cheese (thick mozarrella), 2*protein/water-drink + 2 yogurt + gatorade

sleep = 8 hours

annoyed that my left big toe is freaking out after calve raises, the last thing i want is my toe bugging me again.. bleh!@$!@

got up good check stills above.

pC

335 x 5 after 315 x 10 for speed sucked.. but man speed really takes alot out of me, so not gonna worry about it much because my legs feel CRAZY strong.. 225/275 x 5 went up faster than yesterday.. uploading a vid of that shitty session to youtube right now.. but speed was even better today.. if im going to try and hit a max 10 i have to work up to it like normal then come back down and focus on speed, definitely cant do it if im hitting x10's for speed as workup.

Just when I said your vert seemed to have stopped, you come in and do this. :ninja: :headbang: :highfive: :ibjumping:

Getting that head closer and closer to the rim aren't "we"?

Any ideas why has your vert "suddenly" increased? Any particular reason or just good ol' plain consistency?
Current PR status:

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps
