damn man can't believe you are dropping weight/muscle now, it take sso much work to put on weight and muscle i hate even losing a pound

who says im dropping muscle? hehe.. im trying to retain muscle/drop fat.

i'm going to compete in amateur boxing at 152 so, i could care less about bulking up :F

left lower back hurt all day pretty bad.. odd shit, it felt good when i wokeup then i did something for my GPA and bam all day REALLY bugging.

161 lb today

another rainy night.. ran in the rain the whole time.. man i love stormy/rainy weather.

interval sprints:
- 6 miles worth
- pace higher than last time, felt so good
- right calf right during the run, unfortunately
- also right ham tendon acting a little odd

ok so i brought my cam out and video taped some bball dribbling in a fucking intersection.

so far, the first two angles i used are zoomed out too far, but i have a few more.. if i have some zoomed in im set then i could use both.. if they are all zoomed out then it'll look real whack.

basically 1 hour of dribbling just fucking around

gonna put together a vid hopefully.

well i was until my achilles had that prob, then i got bored of it again.. i havn't jumped in a while, since a few weeks after that injury.

im about to go run, i think.. man, if i eat any junk it shuts me down hardcore.. i never remember getting like this.. but, if i eat one cookie, drink diet soda, eat chinese food, i feel like TRASH.

i ate chinese food today and i have felt like complete trash all day..


if all i eat during the day is bananas/chicken, drink milk, etc i feel GREAT..

the less i eat the better i feel hehhhhhhh

fuck running is going to suck tonight

when i eat alot of carbs i feel so shitty.. unless those carbs are in bananas.. i can eat ~14 bananas in a day and feel extremely alert, but if i eat rice/beans/pasta i get tired.

Man that vid of you dribbling is fu*cking sick. How did u get handles like that? I've tried a whole bunch of different shit to improve my handles and nothing seems to happen....there are some killer crossovers in that man, i would hate to guard you, do people say anything when they drivde past? :P,
