The problem is - when I buy it it's bagged in a plastic container, and you can't open it unless you buy it. But it's about 3 euros so...

No need to carry a knife around your neck when you can carry a guard dog around it. :highfive:

You should hang your dog around your neck, and around his neck you should hang the knife.

Flaunt your badassitude that way.

bw = 149.8 !!!!
soreness = calves
aches/injuries = left lower back slightly, back overall a bit tight, right calve "tight + sore", left achilles very slight ache
fatigue = low
diet = protein/water-drink + gatorade-drink, dunking + protein/gatorade-drink, protein/water-drink + green-tea, ltmp-singles{high-lockouts=...485+dogx1}, protein/water-drink, running with dog, green tea + 3 eggs + tons of egg whites + 2 cheese, lots of stretching, protein/water-drink, long dog walk, LTMP-cardio-lifting-singles{jump-rope-200 + unracking=225x1,295x1,345x1 + jump-rope=200 + unracking=345x1,395x1,415x1 + jump-rope-200 + uracking=415x1,435x1,455x1 + jump-rope=200 + unracking=475x1,485x1,500x1 + 5 sets of jump-rope=200 + unracking=500x1}, protein/water-drink, stacked turkey & cheese sandwich on pumpernickel + 2 full gatorades in 16oz water

500 lb unracks were fun, heavy as hell.. legs feel so strong right now though.. stretching helped alot too.

some stills, i tried to use stills that showed what i was trying to do today.. basically do lower lobs (lower lob height) so i can catch them earlier and try doing stuff with the ball, windmillish-tomohawkish movements etc.

0:57 looked like the best plant.

What happens if you take more of an arc in the run-up instead of the straight line approach to the plant site (pretty much) that you usually do? It might get more posterior chain power into it without affecting the quad power too much.
