i got 8 hours sleep but went to sleep at 7am, it wrecked me, i've been going to sleep around 4-5 am for a few weeks, so 7am was a stretch.. and i wanted to keep sleeping, i had to wakeup though.

8 hours sleep isn't usually enough though for me, i feel my best on 10 hours sleep.

All I'm saying is if you still feel fucked after getting some good nights sleep, it could be related to the high sugar/chocolate intake.

I'm certain it starts to work against some people after a while.

Fruit is good for you but its high in natural sugar. Too much intake & you will get candida. Well candida is pure fatigue, the most horrible condition I have ever dealt with. Couldn't hardly get out of bed. Easy cure, cut way back on intake.

i usually feel good when i eat tons of chocolate.. hersheys chocolates are good quality, it includes tons of dark chocolate squares, dark chocolate is pretty good for you.. chocolate has natural sugar too.

i needed all of these extra kcals to be honest, body was beat down a bit.. foot injury halted me for a few days so, would rather just stuff my face a bit.

if i was my goal weight (<145), i'd be stuffing my face like mad.. i love eating.

wanted to workout tonight (squat etc) but too many cops/helicopters around, some house got robbed.. got some funny footage from it, helicopter put the lights on us and a cop rolled up, funny comment ensues:

i hate how when i dont lift my legs start to feel so weak.. it really bugs me, it's only been a few days.. i really hate it.

hamstring-march made my legs feel pretty good finally.. pmghr's raped my hamstring tendons a bit, both lateral ham tendons are achy.

Yeah, I agree, because you live in the USA and everybody wants to be hypocritical about stuff. If it were here, it would've been a good joke.
