man my foot hurt SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO bad this afternoon hehe.. scraped the bunyon thing down alot, helped, but still hurting.

this is from yesterday:


04/23/2011

bw = 152
soreness = calves
aches/injuries = left foot bunyon painful
diet = protein/water-drink + coconut water, dunking + protein/gatorade-drink, medium caramel frappe from mcdonalds, southern chicken sandwich + coconut water + 4 chocolat
es, TONS OF CHOCOLATES (like 30), 2*protein/water-drink,
fatigue = high



sleep = 7 hours



ill upload some dunk blooper in some other footage when i do it.. its not a major blooper bt it's kinda funny.

beyond this bunyon crap on my foot hurting like a bish, i dont think im going to dunk again until im 150.x or lower.. so, once i hit that weight mark i'll allow myself to dunk again.

fatigue = very high

sleep = 8 hours but went to bed too late

really high fatigue because of how late i went to sleep.. had to though, 7am, really sucked.. felt so horrible all day.. sprints felt very fast though.

Why the crappy diet Andrew & all that sugar/chocolate?.

It will drain you of everything & you will constantly feel like $hit. You know how important diet is man.

I already told Adarq to start eating 'cleaner' but he has his own reasoning which I respect.

Truth be told, I really never got why Andrew eats all that chocolate. Same fetish for it as me or another reason?

If I eat 4 Kinder Buenos I get 1000 kcal from only these.

Raptor is an idiot, don't listen to him, and that video is kinda misinformative. Some of the studies he cites are absolute bullshit - they're not physiologically relevant at all. Flooding cells in a petri dish with non-physiological levels of fructose doesn't tell you anything useful.
