beyond this bunyon crap on my foot hurting like a bish, i dont think im going to dunk again until im 150.x or lower.. so, once i hit that weight mark i'll allow myself to dunk again.

soreness = none
aches/injuries = left foot bunyon very painful
diet = cadburry eggs + pot roast + coconut water + ice cream + brownies, long dog running/sprinting (1.5 hours), 2*coconut water, tons of chocolates, pmghr @ 5 x 10 partial, dog walk, S1: pmghr=5,5,5,3 S1: calve-raises=BW@60,70,70,70 S1: submax-tke-iso: 4min,2min,3min,7min
fatigue = very high
sleep = 8 hours but went to bed too late
really high fatigue because of how late i went to sleep.. had to though, 7am, really sucked.. felt so horrible all day.. sprints felt very fast though.
