10 rounds shadow boxing
- sore in bicep/lat a bit, felt it during
- all in all went well
- lower back a little sore too

squat:
- heels elevated
- 45 lb x 10,10
- 95 x 20,20,20,25,25,20,20,10,10,10


lower back a bit achy, ffs, shit is light, how can my back be achy, fuck that lame shit.

calfs = very sore

weirdest shit......... my legs (thighs) were numb the entire workout, i couldn't feel them at all... calfs were painful


4-5 flights of stairs or whatever it is:
- 20 up and down
- skipped steps sprinting

~3 mile run
- so weak, calfs dying

have to rest my calfs now until they recover.. they just aren't recovering.

shadow boxing:
- 10 rounds, got it on vid
- gonna use this vid as a "starting point" in trying to perfect a bunch of little things in my striking
- gonna ul vid tmw, 10 rounds or whatever..... not like most people will watch it but it'll be fun to go back and re-do the 10 after i fix some shit.

i always injure myself stretching.. if you recall, my hamstring-tendon ripped when i was stretching, one of many stretching related injuries.. this one was also from stretching, but i think it'll be fine in 2-3 more days.

wow, that's nuts.. ya i didn't feel like counting but i didn't even come up with a number near 500.. but that's what squatting 500+ times will do for you :)

I feel pretty good right now though actually..

The goal will be to hit 100 straight with 95, before I try and move the weight up.. I of course might move the weight up temporarily but that would be to improve the 95's.
