left calf/achilles still stinging, right serratus sore/bicep sore/lat sore from sboxing.
lactic-acid workout:
barbell squat:
- heels elevated
- 45 @ 5 x 10, short rest
- 95 @ 40, 40, 30, 2 minutes rest or so
- 45 @ 30,25,20,15,10 , short rest (~30s)
- 95 @ 30,25,20,15,10, short rest (~30s)
- 45 @ 30,25,20,15,10, short rest (~30s)
- 95 @ 25,20,15,10, short rest (~30s)
neutral grip pullups:
