not sure, if i hit head on that backboard it would be 40 legit, so, i feel today that i was really right there but every time i hit apex i was too far in front of the backboard instead if right under... so not sure, but until i smash my head on one of those 9'4"'s, i can't claim 40, as soon as i do though, it'll be solidified.
head looks like it's right around that area and my feet are damn high on my hips.
And are you still trying to get down to 145lbs or you gonna stay around 150ish?
well i'd like 145, but, just not happening with my current diet/cardio level.. i'm staying at the same weight as my strength goes up, which i'm ok with, but ya i'd rather be 145 a bit more lean.. all i really need is the cardio, not getting it in is my fault.
