soreness = none
aches/injuries = lower back, ankle/elbow/heels feel good!@$!@$
fatigue = high, slept from 6am to 4pm hah
diet = protein shake, mashed potatoes + chicken + cake slice + bread, protein shake + bread + corn bread + cake slice, pb sandwhich on double fiber bread
DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TONIGHT.......
legs felt amazing all day.. feel so good/strong in my legs..
lower back had some points where it really bugged out, but i got annoyed, stuck my index finger into my spine, into a spot laterally, had pain while i pressed, btu pressed hard, and honestly, since i've done that, i havn't had one tweak in my back while doing any movement.. thus the reason why i relaxed tonight.. hoping i relaxed some hypertonic muscle or something who knows..
hopefully indoor gym is open tomorrow because i want to land some nasky dunks.. if not i'll go outdoors and get nasky outside.. hoping for 245 @ 5x10 tomorrow night if i feel good.
