a few pics from tonight.. first & only ME jump off ~2 steps for hitting head on sign, shit hurt, i hit it hard.. heh









bw = 152
soreness = hamstrings
aches/injuries = not much
fatigue = not bad

diet = 3 protein shakes, philly cheese steaks + fries, chocolate cake

workout: bball dribbling + jumps + lifting
- tons of bball dribbling, might make a little mix, recorded stuff..
- jumps, 1 head height, smashed my head hard on this sign.. later on tried to touch the top of some roof probably 12 times

- wide grip pullups: 3, 3, 3, 3, 10, 10, 10, 10, 9, `
- ssbar deadlift: 165(3,3), 185(3), 205(3), 225(8, 8), 205(10), 185(16), 165(20)

back fatigued like a mofo, hamstrings pretty dead

hah thanks.. i was going to do more jumps, that was my first actual jump hah.. but that shit hurt like a bitch so i pussed out.. will upload in a few minutes.





major power outage last night, made life a living hell, also didn't get to reply to the 30 journals that were bumped, will be doing so over the next 2 hours :F

i dno to be honest, the highest i hit on that vertec was 130" off 2 steps like a month ago, when i do full runups i short circuit and almost run into the vertec/land on the base so, have to rely on rim touches.. dno on rim touches, seems like maybe 11'1-11'2 is the highest right now.. not 100% sure though.. i think im going to do some head height jumps tomorrow night on the 9' rims at some park for fun.

Random question that doesnt belong in ur log, when you do depth drops, where should your head be looking??  (straight, down?)

why do u do that leg bendin thing tho when u jump, that butt kick motion thing.

thanks alot :) ya people are 'melting' over him outside/wherever we took him.. hah.. we got lucky finding this dog, he's really interesting, very obedient right off the bat, really cool personality, doesn't bark yet either.. which is odd.

dno, just a reflex.. it's odd though.. i actually like how jumps look without the leg kick, they look higher without the leg kick imo.. you get more of a 'float' look with legs straight pretty much the entire time.

some test dribbling vid i made, trying to fig out how to really drop something 'different' in terms of dribbling, i see lots of stuff i need to fix for that so, this helped.. basically trying to drop a dribbling vid that fits some intense music.. this vid i didn't try to do that, so, doesn't go too well with it, but the goal is to get it all to match.

- calf raises: 2 x 50
