That song is great. Heard it first in a VC mix.

And adarqui looks a bit like Mike Miller.

bw = 150
soreness = glutes/hams/quads still, hams/glutes are still pretty sore, quads are better
aches/injuries = none
fatigue = high (mental), medium (muscular)

felt crappy today, head fog.. probably from my 'bodybuilding circuit' i did last night.. anyway i'll get more accustomed to that as the workouts go on.

workout: basketball dribbling + upper push
- bball dribbling for 1.5 hours, mostly light, a few intense bursts of ~3min or so, including some weird dribbling that i do which is like very short quick dirbbling
- bar dips:  12, 12, 10, 10, 10, 6 <-- going good until that set of 6, hah, was instantly toast
- incline pushup holding extension: 2 x 60s
- flat pushup hold, deep rom: 2 x ~45s

hopefully my legs feel good tomorrow, want to do some dunks, mostly want to land some dribble ups (1 & 2 handers).. if i feel good ill do some lobs, but i want to keep improving my dribble up ability, i want 35" off dribble up.. my vert off lob would definitely improve too, considering i'd be improving power without intense arm swing.

didn't get much done today, no footage to edit, couldn't train hard, etc.. hope tomorrow is better.. all i did was youtube and make fun of scammers on IRC live chat.

tomorrow, the plan is to:
- shoot some footage for my "movie vid"
- video some dribble up dunks, land some, upload to adarqtv account
- do my intense lower/pull session: 400 lunges, chinups 3 x F, S1: squat 5 x 5+ (6-7 this time) + S1: 1 arm row: 70 lb @ 5 x whatever, S2: upper back work + S2: bicep curl

:)

peace

Adarq looks like Jayson Werth, who looks like the wrestler Edge, who looks like the lead singer of puddle of mudd Wes Scantlin.

I don't lift for girls, I lift for guys on the internet

[7:31pm] adarq: ripp, being honest, it's hard for u to beat jcsbck, he's on fire lately
[7:31pm] adarq: he's just
[7:31pm] adarq: wrecking people
[7:31pm] adarq: daily

Say NO to Maroko

And also NO to anyone who associates with him. No Taylor Allan. No Adam Scammenauger. No Kelly Baggett. No Elliot Hulse. No Jtrinsey. NO JUMP USA

Don't PM me asking me training questions. I'm here for the lulz. If you want help, post on the forums and get help from all the members, maybe even me.

FAIL CITY, but i jumped mad high..

ok so i am just exiting the door at 8pm, when i open the door, its drenched outside, it was still drizzling, it had rained i had no idea.......... so im like shit ill goto that outdoor court with a roof, i basically speed to get there, get there at 8:20pm.. just as i turn the corner, walking with my shit, i notice that court is closed, but the outdoor court is lit up, big football game going on.... so i say whatevr ill rush and try to get some jumps/dunks in before the rain travels to that area.. was very storm cloudy above ..... turns out, it didn't rain, but the damn lights went off at 8:45pm.. so i got like 5 dunk attempts in and 6 ME jumps.. 2 after the lights went out, one felt INSANE high..

ill post pics and upload some crap to adarqtv account then link it, havn't uploaded any footage in a while so, i'll upload some unedited shit.

OH, and to top it off, i stubbed my toe bad warming up, shit is throbbing.. i need to cut my toenails.

FFS!@$!@
