Yeah it would really be interesting if you put your mind into getting a 50 inch RVJ... (I won't even talk about a "kingfish 40 inch SVJ".
Current PR status:

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps

You look crazy lean man. Very ripped. Get that strength up and then kill that windmill head at rim dunk.

But first, a twohander of the dribble.  :headbang:

Yeah, I'm with my twin on this one. If you're going to deny your destiny, at least get this.

Now it's time to fulfill your destiny and become a distance athlete like you've always truly wanted, deep down inside.

4:15 mile
13:15 5k
1:05 half marathon
2:15 marathon
8:30:00 Ironman

GO GET IT.

^^^ That.

To quote from somebody:

"Get cut"
"Get ripped"
"Get awesome".

I guess that's why the knife was there, to get "cut".

who wrote that.......... i try not to say 'awesome' anymore, because maroko says it.

what the hell? How did you become so ripped? Diet??

ya mostly diet.. i basically eat one meal (big cheeseburger or egg sandwhich) a day and drink 4 protein shakes (16 oz milk/24g protein), 5 days out of the week, the other two is 4 prot shakes + really big meals (philly cheese steak + fries + ice cream, and pizza + ice cream).. sometimes i'll throw in some extra ramen noodles if i'm feeling shitty.

that's basically it.. just that & training.

peace man

There was one guy, adarqui I think his username, that said that. I think he used "shredded" instead of "cut" but that'd do.

And you remember the Ziani stuff when he said he eats one meal per day... (and then there were people that told they asked him and he said he never said that so whatever).

Sounds a bit like the V-diet, may I ask how long you've been doing this?

well the protein shakes & one meal, like maybe 1.5-2 months.. prior to that i didn't have any protein supplements so i just drank too much milk, and i was eating more stir fry's etc.. ya so somewhere around 1.5 months i think.. come to think of it i've gone from 155 to 148 kind of quick considering i'm already very light, by eating this way..

my stomach has shrunk, i don't get really intense food cravings anymore, or sugar cravings.. so insulin/apatite is finally under control.

peace!
