some random dribbling from tonight too, i need to stay consistent on this for at least 1 week so i can drop a cool video.. lol i barely dribble, eventually i could drop some really cool shit if i just stuck with it.. i got so many weird transitions/movements that people don't often see.. more like dancing with a ball... alot of room for improvement this is just some sub-optimal footage for the time being, just want to see how it looked, rendered.

Yo that hand switch at 1:13-1:14 was killer...lotta possibilities right after that move...wish you'd exploded forward and followed it up with a hesitation/crossover instead of pulling back lol...yo you gotta work those handles into your routine mayne, cuz you'll easily come up with some mind-blowing dribbles real soon

 :o INSANE overlay!!!! Danggg dude...I hope you ingrain the motor patterns for tricks so that you're more comfortable performing 'em cuz you SURE AS HELL got the height for it!!! *MIND-BLOWN*

haha thanks man, to both posts..

ya about the dribbling, tonight idribbled, made yesterday look crappy compared to tonight.. i mean already so many movements are back, barely messed up tonight and worked on some crazy transitions/other moves.. i got into it real good with a few songs.. ya man i got to keep up with the dribbling, i want to get some vid of what i can really do, in that realm.. would be fun, cause i literally get into some dance-like shit which is pretty cool, i can go 3-8 minutes completely non stop etc trying to match a song.

i think finally im pretty focused on getting back into dribbling, mostly because i am trying to get into more areas for video content hahaha.. i do love it though, dno why i always stop for the last few years.

i'm focused now though :D

peace & thanks!

bw = 148.4 <-- WUT "CHYEA" (ssr7 level chyea)
soreness = glutes (still damn sore wtf)
aches/injuries = left ankle a little, in my old deltoid ligament sprain (pinched a few times today then felt fine when i was training), left achilles a little, left calf a little, back a little
fatigue = massive

hehe...

workout: basketball dribbling + bodyweight upper
- dribbled mostly relaxed, but went hard on a few songs.. very good improvement already
- neutral grip pullups: BW @ 6 x 8
- db one arm row: 60 lb @ 3 x 10

done.. really tired/fatigued today.

LOL. You are a beat up mother.... Holy shit you're light though. Nice. On that overlay btw, you are so high. The reason it's so ridiculous to me is also because you're plantarflexed and it still looks like you're so high. Keep it up man. I predict big things in the coming fortnight..

ya I feel pretty shitty tonight.. hope tomorrow I feel better, I'm kind of set on trying to increase my max effort dunk/jump session frequency, so I'd love to get in a few jumps tomorrow night, i'd have about a half hour to do so.. interested to see how I feel tomorrow though.

peace man get back to logging  :-\   :pissed:   ;D

I totally understand it. Not that I would want to weigh 148lbs, but you have much less strain on muscles, tissue and joints. Much less mass to move.

I like the angle in this pic. Head height looks very high and feet look very high off the ground. NICEEEEE

Now it's time to fulfill your destiny and become a distance athlete like you've always truly wanted, deep down inside.

4:15 mile
13:15 5k
1:05 half marathon
2:15 marathon
8:30:00 Ironman

GO GET IT.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.
