bw = 150.4 <-- bam!$!@$
soreness = hamstrings
aches/injuries = not much
fatigue = high surprisingly

workout: strenf
- edit: light tuck jumps x 3, prolly ten sets, for warmup
- half squat singles: 225 lb (1.5xBW) @ 15 singles, i probably have alot more in me, just don't wanna overdo squat right now, relying more on volume of singles instead of max intensity..
- bar-dips: BW @ 1 x 5, 5 x 7, 1 x 8

working on a squat video for fun, just took footage from the squat session for no reason, just to make a vid... coming out pretty cool.. was going to be done now but i got some nice new ideas 4 it.

was planning on dunking thursday but, schedule got wrecked so, friday it is, hopefully eddie can go.

peace !

Great squatting man , good depth too , 15x1@1,5BW is no joke!!!  :strong:
Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

Yo, thinking of getting some of those zoom waffles, rekon i sould get the 7s for 45buks or 6's for 30 is there much difference, and what about the sizing, similar to a normal shoe?

Also do you think if i lost like 4-5kg of fat it would improve my jump much?

not sure about the 7's, i have never worn a pair.. i'd go with the 6's for $30 for now, see how you like them.. some people hate them, some people love them, so i'd spend $30 for now on the 6's.. as far as shoe size, they run pretty much the same as any other nike shoe.. i wear 12 in nike bball shoes & 12 in waffles, both are the same fit.

definitely... each 5 lb of fat lost, is about 1-1.5" gained on vert, as long as strength/fitness is maintained... so you'd definitely gain a few inches with 5kg fat loss, as long as you made sure you aren't losing strength while losing that fat.. so you're looking at a slower fat loss rather than really quick fat loss which can cost you some muscle.

peace man

bw = 150.4
soreness = hamstrings
aches/injuries = none
fatigue = high from lack of sleep, 3 hours, woke up for 2 hours, then got 3 more hours, then later slept for 30min in the car, so i made up for it somewhat

workout: sprints + bw strength
- a bunch of 20-40 yard sprints, about 20-30
- doing right now:
-- S1: glute bridges: 100, 150, 100
-- S1: pushups: 35, 36, 35,
- calf raises: 60, 60, 60, 60

shot an action scene for this video im working on, that's why i did all those sprints.. hope it came out good, going to see tomorrow!@$!@

peace!

me on IRC, at nearly 7am, looking for my journal on adarq.org: <-- we have so many journals it's ridiculous... loving it :D

<adarq> icant even fucking find my jornal...

10/21/2010

bw = 151
soreness = hamstrings STILL
aches/injuries = none
fatigue = high early on, alot less later on (low)

nothing really, spent all day video editing something for some short-film im making.. was fun, but took all day.. planning on dropping a 10 minute video in a week or so.

workout: from 3am to 5am, pogo hops
- going light, really 'feeling the ground' as i land/take off, trying to just feel like a rubber band
- insane pop on my pogos......................................... submaximally i hit my head on my ceiling without even trying, never have I ever done that before.. so i had to be careful haha..
- so overall felt very bouncy, hopefully tomorrow my hamstring soreness is completely gone because i'm caffing up MAJOR to land some max height/hard dunks.

ate a bunch of chocolates today loool.. cadburry crunch > life.

peace
