dunk session pics: http://www.adarq.org/forum/progress-journals-experimental-routines/adarq's-journal/msg16986/#msg16986

9/2/2010

bw = 153
soreness = 0
aches/injuries = 0
fatigue = motherflippin zero.

ballin`.

workout #1: dunk session
- pics above.. landed some good stuff, had some insane misses, nasty pop, felt like a spring/kangaroo..
- got a big lump 1.5 inches down my wrist from slamming so hard, shit hurts so bad

workout #2: walk & plyos + strength
- walked ~4 miles, mixing in tons of sl bounds on BOF and single leg light sprints for reps.. sl bounds were done in sets of 5 each leg, single leg light sprints done for 20-30
- finished the last mile of the walk with drop step VJ to SS ada.. hit about 15 each leg.. crazy though, the drop step vj felt like a rocket.. ada landings were tough considering how high i was getting on the vj.. but i hit them acceptable

- pin 11 paused (3sec) squat: 255 @ 3x5 @ 152lb bw

- S1: bb calf raise: 165 @ 4 x 10, felt great
- S1: neutral grip pullups

- pullup hang to relieve back/lats

working on dunk viddzz.

peace

thanks man, ya i'm working on the vid, i decided to try some editing technique i always wanted to play with, and it's so CPU intensive that it is making editing very hard/time consuming.. hehe!

You're getting better at editing. Sweet effect with the moving overlay.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

thanks man!$@!%!@ ya i wanted to do that very slight cam moving/zooming effect because of the donnie darko scene that motivated me to edit it like this.. it definitely has a cool feel to it.

i barely got to preview the video at all while i was editing it, so i'm glad it came out like i wanted.. my cpu/memory gets wrecked when masking (including two clips in one).

peace man
