thank you kind sir.

point is, i've neglected my hamstring stretching for some time, and i got really sore when doing it again, that, i do not like... being sore from stretching annoys me.

right hamstring still sore, left feels fine though.

you're gonna be doing standing back flip reverse dunks... then hang on the rim...

and kick the rim! lol.

i still cant forget about the evil vicious attack dog... if the dog jumped the fence... i would've jump a 60 inch wall or something! parkour myself to safety!

ya i feel crazy light when im not fatigued.. it's a great feeling.

i even step on snails when im running and i barely crack it, happened a few times.. i mean i caught myself landing on it but usually i'd just completely smush them like an elephant.

hahaha.. bro u would have jumped a 60 inch wall and landed right in a pitt of attack dogs!$!@@@@$!@$ i stayed on the street :d

ya man, stuff like that really puts you in fight or flight.. when you are startled like that, that's when you REALLY get that pure fight or flight response, makes you feel amazingly powerful.. i love it, but i don't love the situations :D

peace!

bw = 152.0
soreness = right hamstring (bad, fascia)
aches/injuries = left knee a little, right lower back a little (from lifting grandpa when he lost balance)
fatigue = high, mental, feel sluggish/tired today

well, rain wrecked my plans of vertec jumps tonight.. then squatting etc.. dno what i'll do tomorrow, might do it tomorrow

workout:
- 1 mile run (midfoot/BOF), trying to beat the rain
- court was wet
- some jumps, hit a possible PR of RL on a wet court, 127", slipped a few times on LR plants so i kept them real light, did some single leg jumps also
- 1 mile run home (midfoot/BOF)
- .75 mile run x 3 (midfoot/BOF)

stretched again tonight, really ripping my hamstring fascia up, but i want it to loosen up/adapt.

would be nice if it was fine tomorrow.

peace

HAHAHAHA u get into the weirdest of situations!

i always wondered why u'd need a knife out, but now i think u need one of them john rambo types, those mofos with the serrated reverse edges.

its like dunking and jumping very high...

when im just alone in the court...

i can only touch the rim...

but when like my parents or some cute girls watch me play... or even just your friends...

from 30 inch... you gain like 6 inches immediately! then grab the rim!

its true man!

especially if other players want to have jump contest... then can get the net, backboard, touch the rim. etc...

then boom... you grab the rim or dunk... everybody goes like... "dude, thats not 10 feet regulation" or "the rim is bent"...

HATERS! LOL.
