last night was pure hell.. razorblades in my head level headache. started really worrying. how can i have such a bad headache? chills? aches? sweats? but no fever, no runny nose, no sore throat etc.

woke up at 5 am .. went to urgent care at 8 AM on the dot.

turns out.. I HAVE STREP THROAT. really blows my mind: in 2 weeks, no sore throat, no fever etc.. yet i've had strep.

so now i'm on antibiotics. road to recovery starts with that.

crazy.. :o

slight improvement. had signed up for two december mile races lol.. :< can't wait to run again, was hoping to get back into it good 3 weeks ago.

going to be another 2-4 wks before i get back into it.

this prednisone put some fat on me very fast, kinda nuts.

big improvement. all white stuff off of my tonsils. can see these big gaping tonsil crypts still tho, and they aren't normal size yet.

but def a big improvement. happy af. whew.

also.. my baby is in the shop! when i get her back, she'll have ~6" suspension lift, 20x10" wheels and 35" tires. jajaja.

i'm like a kid anticipating x-mas.. can't wait.

That truck looks massive compared to the mechanic guy. Looks like a beast of a truck.

Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up

hah thanks man! yea it's decent! especially now, hah.

a few quick photos from today! the back is full of wheels/tires so it's sitting a little lower. will take some proper photos wednesday! i took these visiting my dad to show him, he loves it lol.

and.. i want to get a lot more led lights on it.......................... lmao.

Interesting paint job :)

I used to be into the whole car modding thing, had a souped up Nissan Pulsar, with a GTI-R bonnet. A 1990s official Nissan WRC rally variant
But after it got totalled in an intersection collision, where me and the car was hit at the rear wheel, and was spun 360 twice and into the traffic light poles.... I never bothered again.
Sigh all the time, effort, parts and money gone like that  >:(

Ah, the GTi-R is legendary, here in Europe it was called Sunny. Pure fantasy material back then, a rally car that could hit the roads.

btw i was exposed to covid again by a few people. one of them vaxed properly, got covid very bad. other non-vaxed, got covid very bad.

me (previously having covid bad), just sniffles.

my aunt, vaxed properly, headache + chills but only for a short while and nothing else.

interesting.



other than that, worked on my truck all night.. REMOVED THE MUD FLAPS, SIDE STEPS, and painted some underneath parts, replaced some bolts too.

IM OBSESSED WITH MY TRUCK.

also found that my led lights had a shipping tape on them.. NEVER REMOVEd. so they are like 10x brighter now.. lmfao.

need to take some photos of my truck atm.. looks really sick imho. a girl literally got out of her car at a light, to take photos of it yesterday..... hah.

the tailgate looks insane. it's like extra-terestrial + covid antibodies. lmao.

left bicep tendonitis still lame af!
