kinda like L vs R leg jumping/throwing.
i'll crush the reps with R, but not going up in weight compared to L .. so i'll stay at the same weight at least - so yea i guess there's a slight care ;f
it's really just coordination.. it's nuts.
i got up to 90's doing single arm bench way back, right and left. i did it similarly then too. as R goes up, L goes up too. that cross neuro strength thing, i forget the name ;f
plan to hit some more tmw!!
left bicep tendonitis/golfer's elbow still annoying.. meh !!!!! i've been doing a bit more "release" and stretching of the area lately .. just trying to stimulate some healing.
