Very nice of you to pick up the trash. I hate that too when people throw stuff out their car window while driving.

I'm back visiting the forum again. Sent a PM. I'll be browsing the forum for the next few days.

Last time I played basketball. 1995. Got to relearn all skills over again. If you're aging, don't quit BB. It may help keep you feeling younger.

thanks man! yea that pisses me off big time.

i imagine alot of this stuff flies out of the back of trucks etc. just unsecured garbage.

very strong

tried a muscle up first.. almost got over on the first one.. subsequent ones sucked worse. i really should be able to do one - surprising me that i can't. my pullups/dips are solid right now.

5 sets of pullups/dips/empty ssbar squats.

did a 26.5 mile trek .. walk a mile, run a mile.. basically. ran 3 miles in a row in there somewhere (after mile 15?):

https://www.strava.com/activities/4713994015

legs/body are in pretty good shape, considering i don't run at all anymore. running light/relaxed is like a skill that i have now. nice.

pullups/dips afterwards. knocked em out good. probably lost alot of water weight lol.
