done w/ pick axe for a week or so .. which is good, i need it. really tears my right medial elbow up. curls + pickaxe = horrible combo. going on 3 weeks now w/ discomfort in there, if i do a curl-like motion.
need it to heal.

feeling strong.
good thing that pronated pullups don't bug my elbow much. really hoping i can keep doing them, because i'm making some good gains right now. feeling/seeing it.
