bw = 140

run: 2h5m
- felt great
- pace was naturally alot faster than previous runs
- felt it towards the end though

after run:
- bw = 135
- calves sore (like usual), left more so

kinda nuts.. could end up seeing 129.x on the scale for the first time ever: since weighing myself, never saw that weight.. lol.

135 probably ties the lowest i've seen. somewhere around there.

i'm an alien it's odd. :ibrunning:

tmw:
- tons of farm life: re-potting lots of banana plants, potting more roselle transplants, moving seedlings to cups etc.
- also putting more seeds in: squash, pumpkin, beans, radishes, moringa.. and an ENTIRE tray of green bell & jalapeno.

bw = 138
soreness = calves alot (left more so), quads slightly, hamstrings barely

activity:
- 6 hours of yard work
- not what i had planned.. started harvesting peppers and then got pissed at how much "bacterial leaf spot" i was seeing.. so threw out ~15 plants and moved ~10 into quarantine. fucking sux.
- will probably need to throw those out next week.. i also have to throw out the dirt & net pots. plastic pots i can re-use after i sterilize them a bit.
- some stressful stuff with farm life.. just hoping that i eventually figure it out and make it nice and smooth. love picking my own veggies.. hates dealing w/ pests and bacteria/fungal attackers.
- garbage can i filled up must have been 200-300 lb.. one of those enormous cans, packed with dirt/plans. could barely move it.. was a sled drag workout. had to be careful.

i think the bacterial leaf spot came from some "bonnie plants" transplants i bought. pretty much ALL of those plants have come down with it.. so they probably already had it. brutal.

plan is to just keep growing stuff form seed and get really good at keeping my stuff CLEAN.

3 lb harvest:

bw = 138 -> alien mode coming
soreness = calves (left more so), hips slightly (left more so)

farm life yard work:
- 8 hours today
- nuts
- planting/repotting so much stuff .. man this stuff is a good workout. got in a solid "sled drag" with my 30 gallon blue java banana plant, LMFAO:

probably dragged that thing 30 yards total 8|

seemed decently heavy .. alot of dirt in there. apparently it's ~7.8 lb per gallon of dirt.. but then more wet (even up to 15 lb). I potted this thing when it was raining hard so... let's say 30 x 5-10 lb = 150 - 300 lb ? lmfao wtf.

all i know is it was heavy af.

now take that garbage can i filled up... that thing was insanely heavy. could barely move it at all.. it has wheels so i was able to inch worm it into the front yard.

hoping the garbage truck can lift it.... if not, got a little problem on my hands. lol.

anyway.. solid yard work strength workouts this weekend, funny but legit.
pc!

bw = 137

run/trek: 3.5 hours
- probably ~1.5 hours running, ~2 hours walking
- wore my nb rc5000v2's but did lots of grass/rock+dirt surfaces so, i think that was a bad decision. should have worn my xc's.
- actually ran in the cowboy hat today, just to see how it felt/how it'd hold up etc. actually turned out great, no issues.

after run:
- 132

just ordered another cowboy hat <3 \o/

tan one, probably not going to yard work/run in this one. more of a wearing-it-out hat lol.

going to modify my current cowboy hat more tmw, using steam + manipulation etc. going to bring it down in the back and front. watched some videos on it tonight, really cool how you can manipulate these things. i just used normal manipulation initially .. but with steam, you can really do some cool stuff. lol.

gn!

was going to sleep early for once.. 12:30 AM

did my normal "rounds", checking logs/metrics before going to bed. then i notice some frontend error going on..... turned out to be critical.

so instead of sleeping @ 12:30 AM and waking up @ 08:30 AM .. I end up sleeping at 06:30 AM and waking at 10:30 AM. brain was in complete wreckage mode by the end.. that feeling where your body is just begging you to sleep but you know you cant, so you get this brain mush "headache" feeling.

code life. fml.

got everything fixed though.

some partner started passing us data differently, which caused some component to break, wrecking traffic for anyone coming in from that partner. so was critical enough for me to go into emergency mode.

Sunday I got my boss a greentea macha latte frap style w/ whipped cream from Crocante, when I got some empanadas .. instead i just wokeup and drank it. :< :< hit the spot tho.. lmao.

going to journal my farm life stuff from now on.

2020-06-13

bw = 140

farm life:
- did it late, was annoyed that i didn't do it during the day: 11 PM - 4 AM wtf.
- got a ton of dirt today .. planned to pot a bunch of things but got sucked into "seed planting"
- propagated a ton of sisso spinach cuttings
- upsized 4 moringa transplants
- planted tons of seeds:
-- red leaf mustard, green leaf mustard, romain lettuce, thai basil
-- 4 x moringa
-- 6 x pole beans, bush beans, snap peas, edamame
- ~22 x 2 pepper seeds: all different varieties. these are the "disease resistant pro seeds" .. need to grow these asap so I can get my pepper production back up

kind of pissed today.. first time food shopping in 3 months & I spend like $200.. some essential supplies but still, haven't spent a dime on food in 3 months. need to get my food production back up so I can continue to not food shop.

the sisso spinach cuttings I planted .. these should all "take" and become little sisso spinach bushes that produce a "salad each".. plan is to have lots of little spinach bushes so that I can eat a few salads per week:

here's the adult sisso i took the cuttings off of: (2nd photo)

also, one of the best salads ever because of the moringa sprinkled in.. made it next level. love moringa: (moringa in the upper right for example)

im up way too late..
