 :o  :o  :o

You're so high i can't even say how much it is , hand is no longer reference , i gotta see where your elbow is.
It looks like ~6'' below wrist so ~14'' above , 38-ish ??
Maybe even more , i dont know... doesn't matter too!
Sick man , more to come , go get that head at rim!!! :headbang:

thanks man.. ya im not sure to be honest.. got a vertec now though, which will give me some nice numbers on non-lob jumps :D

built it at ADAM'S HOUSE, adam from tvs.. man o man can't wait to use it.. not like im going to be using it every time or naything, but it's very portable :D

bw = 155.8 :D
soreness = back
aches/injuries = back so tight today, left ankle a little

built a vertec with adam from TVS today, thing is epic can't wait to use it.. plan on doing drop step vj's/vj's on monday night with it :D it's portable.. big thanks to adam for that.

workout:
- 7 mile walk with interval runs/light sprints mixed in
---- one of the interval runs was .58mile in 2:30 mid foot, ran a few more approx half miles or so mid foot.. felt dead today

- half squat: 225 x 10 singles, ~30 sec rest in between each single
---- happy about this consider how tight my back was, didn't wanna push the intensity too high because of it

- bar dips: 10
- neutral grip pullups: 12
- S1: glute bridges: x 30
- S1: calf raises: x 30
- S1: pushups: x whatever
- S1-info: 4 rotations

calf raises were interesting, felt like i had too much power to do them bodyweight.. body was just flying up without me even trying, weird... calfs very powerful lately.

peace!

 xD

only problem with stretching, is that i can't do it too frequently, i actually get more achy and strain muscles/pull tendons etc when i stretch, it's odd.. i've done it many times.. so that occasional stretch definitely did help get my calfs back in order, they were soooooooo tight, but if i stretch them every day then my ankle/achilles will start acting up etc.. so i have to use it sparingly, plan on stretching big again on tuesday because i want to max dunk on wednesday, i figure i'll be pretty tight again by tuesday.

building a vertec? you should just bought a one and added a box...the one we use for FB was nice and clean....someone just left it outside and mos of the little bars are missing now....it just outside the field...an F'n shame if you ask me....when we throw as wideouts after practice we grabbed it and stood it up to see what our verticals where..i got the top....

if i was sneaky and they leave it there i'll steal it...but idk, they might as well throw it away, they don't use it and it only goes up to 10ft

edit: show some pics when you get the thing to work...it will be cool to have a pretty accurate number of you vertical now

That submax buttkick thing in the exercise index looks exhausting.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

ya it definitely is.. it's more exhausting if you try and achieve more hip flexion imo, but it still is very tiring.. feels good though.

ok so something i ate made me so tired last night.. fell asleep at 1am woke at 10:30am.. so decided to measure my resting heart rate (60 sec pulse with stop watch, radial measurement)

9/13/2010

RHR:
- 44 on bathroom
- 42 lying down
- 41 lying down (PR)
- 41 lying down
- 40 lying down (PR)
- 39 lying down (PR)
- 42 lying down

stoked!@$@

bw = 159 though, not happy about that :) hehe.. less distance running has brought my weight back up a little.. but i have to master mid-foot so my distance will suffer until then.
