bw.

leveled off at 150 it seems, without running. plan was to run this weekend so, i imagine that'll give it a nice boost to drop again next week.

149 lb before bed tho. tehehe.

definitely looking much leaner lately. luv it. can't wait to get more shredded than ever.

07/26/2019:
- morning bw: 150

dinner:
- cookies & cream milk shake with whipped cream!

07:30 PM: bw
- weak
- 5sec paused dead hang ng pullups: BW x 6
- full dips: BW x 5

did some stretching in between: standing hip flexor (which also hits low back/glutes decent). stepped onto the pool and moved around etc. felt a few really good cracks. injury area felt alot better afterwards, for the rest of the night. injury area felt kind of shitty all day prior tho.

148 this morning. 147 before lunch, hours later, after lots of water intake. alien lyfe.

ended up not running. had too much stuff to do.

07/27/2019:
- morning bw: 148

dinner:
- 2 x sauteed potatoes + jalapeno in olive oil, 2 x avocado, lots of salt
- unfortunately, stomach has been jacked up since that meal. potatoes might have been too old, but they tasted/looked fine. no idea.
- bloated/wrecked eeeh

06:00 PM: bw
- very strong
- 5sec paused dead hang ng pullups: BW x 8
- full dips: BW x 10
- 45 deg hypers: BW x 40 (felt surprisingly good)

surprisingly good bw session.

that's funny, we're moving on the same day, although gf and i won't finish our move until we find a place in london in early september. this is the first time i've had to use professional movers, always just used a combination of self and parents/friends before. when i moved from the states to pakistan it was just two boxes sent via fedex and a couple of suitcases. but my gf and i have managed to accumulate several substantial pieces of furniture that we want to hold onto, a couple hundred books (how did i let that happen?! i finally bought a kindle before i moved out here specifically to avoid getting more books!), and a bunch of art. so movers it is.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

:highfive:

ya even tho i have 8 boxes so far, they'll pretty much all fit in my car. also it's small things like dog toys, books, clothes, shoes, and some computer stuff.

oh and 2 puppies. lol.

leaving the power rack. bringing the 45 deg hyper. will buy a sturdy dip/pullup station.

also bringing an orchid.

but my gf and i have managed to accumulate several substantial pieces of furniture that we want to hold onto,

ahh. ya i didn't want to move any of my existing furniture. figured i'd just leave it with my dad, for when i visit etc. would rather just get some new stuff anyway.

moving furniture sucks.

hah ya. even tho kindle is efficient, actual books > kindle IMHO. they take up space but, feels good looking at a row/shelf of good books.

i have some of my aunt's art that i'm bringing, and a piece i bought a while ago. i plan on doing some of my own art in the new spot, want to get back into it.

sounds like your move is going to be pretty intense.. i mean you're moving stuff over some big distance, definitely need pros for that.

good luck man! a few days away.

bought a bed. whew. that was my biggest worry tbh.

entering the king size lyfe. going to be nice having more sleep space, since my dogs sleep up there with me, can't spread out as much on a queen size bed with two puppies encroaching. :ninja:

found some hi-res photos of the new rental-spot, that I hadn't seen before (found them on a completely different site, redfin). here's a few good ones.

can't wait! :D pool is "huge" (for me)

notice every photo i just posted, is of the outside.. inside is nice but i care most about the back yard lmao. that small porch is going to be awesome too. will enjoy working on the computer there etc, and not getting bit by mosquitos. :ninja: :wowthatwasnutswtf:

imagine if i put a vertec back there.. lmao!! :ibjumping:

what is dip running?

holding the top position on the dip bars, while doing controlled cross flexion/extension of the legs.

couldn't think of a better name for it :ninja:
