edit: at the end of my run, my shirt had blood all over it.. my damn nipple had a small hole on the tip of it, the shirt must have gnawed it down, nasty.

soreness = glutes (right especially)
aches/injuries = right 2nd toe nail hurts
workout #1: dunks
- pretty good until i got stuffed by the rim and fell on my back lol..
- was getting up great until then, had 5 total makes, only two of those i really like though..
- had some big misses too
- best dunk session in a long time
workout #2: running = 6.57 miles non stop
- 4.56 miles in 39:30 (6:19:30 to 6:58:30)
-- avg's to 8:39/mile
- 6.57 miles in 58 (6:19:30 to 6:18)
-- avg's to 8:49/mile
- goal was to run the full 8 miles, but i bitched out like a bitch.. i wasn't pushing the speed much and it showed hehe
- PRE_RUN_WEIGHT: 161, POST_RUN_WEIGHT: 155
tentative schedule:
sat = light
sun = 200's + squat + lunges + upper etc
mon = dunks + 3.9 mile run for speed
