purescript 0.9.x compiles the new forum app so slowly (~8 minutes) that I am going to ditch purescript. I can't develop like that. I'm going 100% haskell and that's it.
it's a really bad feeling though.. i'm actually somewhat depressed about it. I really love purescript, but at this point in their history, they just aren't focusing on compiler optimization which is something you need to be able to support large projects.. and our project is LARGE. So I just can't wait for them.

really bummed about it. It's all a big learning process though so can't let it continue to bum me out for much longer.

- slow but with some single leg bounds and near max sprints mixed in
- 9 sprints total, 2 of which were near max
- fastest sprint (last one): 16.3 mph!
- actually happy about that

fixed my purescript-bbcode-parser today, using a faster purescript-simple-parser.. works great, much faster.. though, now i need to eventually turn that into haskell-bbcode-parser, because...... no more purescript.
